Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Soul Glow Artistry! We take pride in offering high-quality products. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Please read our refund and exchange policy outlined below.

  1. Returns and Refunds:
    1.1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    1.4. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
    1.5. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    1.6. If the refund is not approved because of the following reasons including but not limited to: the product is used, not in original packaging or is otherwise damaged as a result of transit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with retrieving the product from our team.
  2. Exchanges:
    2.1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., different color) or product please contact us at jamie@soulglowartistry.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.
    2.2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    2.3. If the desired variant or product is available, we will provide instructions for returning the original product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
    2.4. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will ship the desired variant or product to you. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be settled accordingly.
    2.5. If the exchange is not approved because of the following reasons including but not limited to: the product is used, not in original packaging or is otherwise damaged as a result of transit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with retrieving the product from our team.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products:
    3.1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at jamie@soulglowartistry.co.nz within 14 days of delivery.
    3.2. To facilitate the resolution, please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
    3.3. We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, offer a refund or exchange.
    3.4. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
    4.1. For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable if the package has been opened:
    Makeup products (including lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners, etc.)
    Personal care items (including shampoo and conditioner bars etc.)
    Skincare and vitamins (including multivitamins, ashwagandha etc).
    4.2. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on customised items. Please select carefully and communicate any questions or concerns with us at jamie@soulglowartistry.co.nz prior to the completion of your purchase.
    4.3 No refunds or exchanges will be issued on sample packs, sale or clearance items. Please select carefully and communicate with us at jamie@soulglowartistry.co.nz prior to the completion of your purchase.
  1. Shipping and Handling:
    5.1. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
    5.2. If you received free shipping due to a promotional offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that this refund and exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly from Soul Glow Artistry. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them for their specific refund and exchange policies.
